Catherine Metry- President of ADXL Promotional Advertising
Catherine is a brilliant entrepanuer who has created & developed and a pioneer of a marketing niche that has swept the nation and is even being utilized internationally. Cathy has been featured in over 22 publications including being featured on Channels 2,4 and 7 and her highest recognition came in 2004 when Catherine was voted by Crain's Detroit "Top 40 under 40 business women in Michigan". Cathy is noted in Marketing College books and Featured in "Mastering your way to the top" by Joe Girard. Cathy teaches Marketing & Business classes for specific trade schools. She runs her business with sincere positive reenforcement and allows for individualized growth & creativity.
When Cathy is not hard at work ,she enjoys spending time with her 2 Children and her husband. She also enjoys Gardening, Antiquing, and Traveling.
Lynn K-
Lynn joined ADXL in 2001 bringing a fresh idea by creating repeat customers by being the number one chosen candidate the for the Voice to Voice and Internal Marketing Department to launch. Her focus was on resourcing ADXL's enormous database and marketing to thousands of past customers to inform them of new and exciting ADXL promotional packages available. She exceeded our expectation and was promoted. She has also been creating relationships with New Clients and has aquired & overseen over 20 plus accounts since 2003.
When not at work you will most likely find her at Comerica Park watching the Detroit Tigers, talking on the phone (as if she doesn't do it enough while at ADXL....LOL), Meeting New People, Networking to aid in her career goals and constantly reach her highest level of success. She is a Joy to work with and a positive and dynamic addition to ADXL.
Shawna H- Graphic Designer
Shawna was chosen out over 30 Designers to become part of the our ADXL Team. We chose Shawna for her refreshing twist to design and layout while she could still maintain the important and basic elements. In 2006, Shawna graduated from Central Michigan with a BS Degree in Journalism with concentration on Advertising and received a Minor in Multi-Media Design. She is responsible for the design & layout and graphics on most of the promotions and marketing pieces.
When not at work Shawna enjoys Cooking, Reading, Playing Poker, and Spending time with her Boyfriend, Family and Friends.
Rebecca W-
Rebecca came to ADXL with little experience in Marketing or Sales but within 2 weeks of being with ADXL her high levels of performance promoted her to Trainer status. Rebecca is an amazinlgy positive person and her enthusiasm is contagious to her customers and the ADXL Team.
Rebecca received her degree in Nutrition from Michigan State. Rebecca enjoys spending time with her Husband, Playing Tennis, Being Outdoors, Cooking and Baking.
